Cvent CONNECT Europe 2025: Bringing Events, Marketing, and Hospitality Together

CventIQ

This October, event professionals, marketers, and hospitality leaders will once again gather in London for two packed days of learning, inspiration, and connection. Cvent CONNECT Europe 2025 takes place from 15–16 October at the InterContinental London – The O₂, bringing fresh ideas, new technologies, and plenty of opportunities to network.

Keynotes that set the stage

The conference opens with a big-picture address from Reggie Aggarwal, Cvent’s founder and CEO, whose keynote has become a CONNECT tradition. Expect insights into the future of meetings, marketing, and hospitality, and a roadmap for staying ahead in a changing industry.

On day two, the spotlight shifts to Davina McCall, who will share her journey of reinvention and resilience. From TV presenting to personal storytelling, Davina’s keynote promises to deliver an inspiring reminder that embracing change is essential.

And keeping the energy high across both days is returning celebrity MC, Dermot O’Leary, who brings his trademark wit and warmth back to the CONNECT stage.

The inside track on innovation

For many attendees, the Cvent Product Roadmaps are unmissable. Split into two dedicated sessions—Event Marketing & Management and the Hospitality Cloud—they offer a first look at the tools, features, and updates that will help professionals design smarter experiences and streamline operations. Think of it as a front-row seat to the next wave of event tech.

Sessions for every audience

The programme is packed with content tailored to different roles. A few highlights include:

·      For marketers: Driving Revenue: Rethinking How We Measure Marketing (15 October, 15:15–15:45). A session designed for marketing teams under pressure to prove value, focusing on how event-led activity fits into a bigger revenue-driven strategy.

·      For event professionals: Inclusive Events: Ensuring Accessibility from Start to Finish (16 October, 13:15–13:45). Covering the European Accessibility Act and practical design tips, this session shows how accessibility can boost engagement and ROI.

·      For hospitality professionals: Mastering European Hospitality Trends with STR (15 October, 13:45–14:30). A forward-looking session exploring occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR—and what venues can do to meet planner expectations.

These are just a few examples; the full agenda offers a wide range of sessions for marketers, event professionals, and hospitality leaders alike. Check the full agenda here

Celebrating industry success

Another highlight on the agenda is the Cvent Excellence Awards (15 October). Always a crowd favourite, this evening event celebrates the stand-out achievements of organisations and individuals across events and hospitality.

Tickets are just £30, with 50% of proceeds supporting industry charity Meeting Needs—a partnership that ensures the celebration also makes a positive impact.

Experiences beyond the breakout rooms

Cvent CONNECT Europe is designed to be interactive. Tech Tours let attendees see the technology in action, while the Innovation Pavilion features Roadmap Talks and Feature Flashes, quick-hit product sessions that take you deeper into the tech.

And networking is never an afterthought: expect breakfast meet-ups, lunch roundtables, evening socials, and plenty of serendipitous moments in between.

Why it matters

For two days each year, CONNECT Europe creates a space where marketers, event professionals, and hospitality professionals come together to share ideas, sharpen skills, and build new partnerships. It’s where strategic insights meet hands-on learning, and where attendees walk away with both fresh inspiration and practical tactics to apply right away.
