This year, Postillion Hotels introduced Plant First: extraordinarily delicious and more sustainable. All food offerings – including lunch and dinner buffets, walking dinners, and snacks – are now plant-based by default. Dishes are flavourful, inventive, and have minimal environmental impact.

Would you as an organizer still like to include animal proteins such as meat, fish, or dairy? These options remain available as supplements, for a modest fee of 25 eurocents per dish. This contribution is donated entirely to Trees for All and supports certified projects that offset CO₂, including reforestation, forest protection, and the development of food forests. The fee is not an extra margin for Postillion Hotels, but an investment in a more sustainable future.
