At CrowdLED, we're seeking a Junior Project Manager to help us deliver outstanding experiences for thousands of people worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing international company where your project management skills will shine.

Terms of Employment:

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term with the prospect of a permanent contract

Language of Work & Location:

Work Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

Languages Required: Full professional English is a must (French, German, and Spanish are a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring that all logistics, planning, and execution align with client needs.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their visions into actionable project plans.
• Planning & Execution: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and internal coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, and technical teams) to ensure each event is set up for success.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to avoid last-minute challenges.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, communication, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is a plus – but passion and organizational skills are what truly count!
• Previous experience in project coordination or event management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills—you'll juggle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate client expectations into clear deliverables.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks before they happen.
• A passion for events and project execution, with a focus on behind-the-scenes excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
