Copenhagen Risk Navigator: New framework for risk management at international conferences

At IMEX Frankfurt, the Copenhagen Convention Bureau presented the Copenhagen Risk Navigator, a comprehensive framework designed to improve risk management for international business events. This initiative offers the first structured approach to risk management in the conference sector.

The Copenhagen Risk Navigator aims to provide event organizers with strategic tools and methods to effectively manage potential risks associated with international congresses. The tool offers both a reassessment of current risks and an evaluation of the organization's risk maturity. It also introduces a practical risk management toolkit designed to be accessible and scalable, enabling stakeholders at all levels to strengthen their approach throughout the entire event lifecycle.

The Copenhagen Risk Navigator was developed in collaboration with FERMA (Federation of European Risk Management Associations) and RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society), with GainingEdge as consultant.
